Explains all the basic concepts of Buddhism. I wouldn't start with this one! Excellent but a lot to take in in one go!
Starting on the Buddhist Path by Sagaraghosa Rosemary Tennison
The perfect starter book. Brings the reader through the basic concepts very simply with pauses for journalling and meditating along the way. If you know nothing about Buddhsim this would be a good way to start.
